Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email info@chenyuanhao.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Postage

Return postage is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover the cost of return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened tea products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards and downloadable items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
