Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our London fulfilment centre, and prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Options

• United Kingdom (2–3 working days) — free on orders over £89
• United Kingdom (2–3 working days) — £3.99 on orders under £89

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting from a local depot. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery outside the UK is a flat £20 and takes 2–3 weeks, whether you are in Europe, North America, Australia or elsewhere. Charges are shown in your local currency at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@chenyuanhao.shop with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
